Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to expose in real correspondence and describe the most significant features of particular cultures. The theoretical part is divided into two chapters ? the first chapter focuses on the rules of English business correspondence, especially on making complaints. Abstract:

Cílem práce je vyhledat v autentické korespondenci a popsat nejvýraznější znaky jednotlivých kultur. Teoretická část je rozdělena do dvou kapitol ? první kapitola se zaměřuje na psaní obchodní korespondence v angličtině, se zvláštním zřetelem na předkládání reklamací. Druhá kapitola představuje teorie rozdílů mezi kulturami, tyto teorie budou aplikovány na skutečnou korespondenci ve třetí části.
