Tématem bakalářské práce je znalecký posudek z oboru psychologie. V první části práce je zrekapitulováno, kdo je to soudní znalec a čím se zabývá. Další část se zabývá tím, jaké jsou disciplíny a metody znaleckého posudku a jaké nezbytné náležitosti by měl znalecký posudek obsahovat. The theme of the bachelor thesis is the expert opinion in the field of psycholo-gy. The first part sums up, who is an expert witness and what he/she does. Next part discusses disciplines and methods of expert opinion and what necessary elements should the expert opinion include.
