Crisis Management of Selected Region

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku krizového managementu kraje. V teoretické části je tato problematika nastíněna obecně, v praktické části se práce věnuje krizovému řízení Kraje Vysočina. Je zde řešena role kraje, daná právními předpisy, upravujícími problematiku krizového řízení, jeho postavení v rovině standardních situací, vyplývajících z rizik a bezpečnostní problematiky země, jako jsou živelní pohromy, hromadné dopravní nehody a průmyslové havárie. Část práce je věnována IZS v Kraji Vysočina a řešení nastalých krizových situací. Závěrečná část je věnovaná analýze krizového managementu Kraje Vysočina a návrhům ke zlepšení funkce krizového managementu v daném kraji.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of crisis management of the region. In the theoretical part, this issue is outlined in general, the practical part deals with the crisis management of the Vysočina Region. It deals with the role of the region, given by the legal regulations, regulating the issue of crisis management, its position in the level of standard situations resulting from the risks and security issues of the country, such as natural disasters, mass traffic accidents and industrial accidents. Part of the work is devoted to the IRS in the Vysočina Region and to the solution of the crisis situations. The final part is devoted to crisis management analysis of theVysočina Region and proposals to improve the crisis management function in the region.
