V této práci provedeme hloubkové profilování chemického složení několika tenkých vrstev současným měřením rentgenové reflexe a rentgenové fluorescence. Práce zahrnuje stručný popis různých metod používaných pro analýzu materiálů a podrobnější popis totální reflexní rentgenové fluorescence (TXRF). In this thesis, we will conduct depth profiling of the chemical composition of several thin layers by simultaneous measurement of X-ray reflectivity and X-ray fluorescence. The thesis includes a brief description of various methods used for material analysis and a more detailed description of total-reflection X-ray fluorescence (TXRF).
