Communication tools for the Regional volunteering center of the Ústí region

Abstract:

Tato práce zjišťuje povědomí veřejnosti v Ústeckém kraji o neziskové organizaci Regionální dobrovolnické centrum pro Ústecký kraj. Jejím cílem je zjistit povědomí o dobrovolnickém centru a navrhnout využití komunikačních nástrojů, které mohou povědomí zvýšit. Postup v práci se řídí dle aktuálních odborných studií. Sekundární data byla čerpána z interních zdrojů organizace a z Českého statistického úřadu. Primární data byla získána pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Dotazníkové šetření se šířilo na Facebookových stránkách z Ústeckého kraje. Odpovědi se analyzují pomocí Chí kvadrát testu nezávislosti, Mann-Whittney testu a Kruskal-Wallis testu. Výsledky práce využije dobrovolnické centrum v praxi a navržené aktivity realizuje pro efektivnější oslovení dobrovolníků.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis gathers awareness in Ústí region about nonprofit organization Regional volunteer center of the Ústí region. The aim of this work is to find out the public awareness about the volunteer center and to suggest the use of the communications tools that will help to increase the public awareness. Methods of the thesis are following current studies. Secondary data were extracted from the internal sources of the organization and from the Czech Statistical Office. Primary data were collected by survey. The survey was shared on Facebook groups from Ústí Region. The answers are analyzed by Chi Square independence test, Mann-Whitney test and Kruskal-Wallis test. Findings of this thesis will be used by the volunteer center in practice and suggested activities will be implemented for more effective approach of volunteers.
