Abstract:

Bakalářská práce koordinovaná rehabilitace u osob s mentální a kombinovaným postižením v domově pro osoby se zdravotním postižením, se zaměřuje na osoby v dospělém věku a různorodost a rozsah služeb, které jsou jim poskytovány. Práce je členěna do dvou částí, a to teoretické a praktické. První část se zaměřuje na specifika osob s mentálním a kombinovaným postižením, dále se zabývá klasifikací a charakteristikou mentálního postižení, vymezením kombinovaného postižení a specifickými zvláštnostmi osob s mentálním postižením. Druhá část pak popisuje domovy pro osoby se zdravotním postižením, jednotlivé druhy ubytovacích služeb, poskytovaní a financování těchto služeb. Třetí kapitola je pak zaměřena na systém koordinované rehabilitace. Je zde popsána historie a současnost rehabilitace, a jednotlivé složky ucelené rehabilitace. Dále přináší přehled o terapeutických přístupech a metodách, které se využívají v rámci ucelené rehabilitace. Praktická část se zabývá ověřováním zjištěných poznatků v praxi. Cílem je popsat různorodost a rozsah služeb, které jsou osobám s mentálním a kombinovaným postižením ve vybraném zařízení za účelem koordinované rehabilitace poskytovány. Navrhuje také kroky ke zlepšení poskytovaných služeb.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis coordinated rehabilitation of people with mental and combined disabilities in the home for people with disabilities, focuses on adults, and the diversity and range of services provided to them. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The first part focuses on the specifics of persons with mental and combined disabilities, then it deals with the classification and characteristics of mental disabilities, the definition of combined disabilities and specific peculiarities of persons with mental disabilities. The second part then describes homes for people with disabilities, individual types of accommodation services, provision and financing of these services. The third chapter is focused on the system of coordinated rehabilitation. It describes the history and present of rehabilitation, and the individual components of comprehensive rehabilitation. It also provides an overview of therapeutic approaches and methods used in comprehensive rehabilitation. The practical part deals with the verification of the findings in practice. The aim is to describes the diversity and range of services provided to persons with mental and combined disagilities in a selected facility for the purpose of coordinated rehabilitation. It also proposes steps to improve the services provided.
