Institute of life estate reservation yesterday and today
Abstract:
Tato práce je věnována studiu institutu výměnku ve vybrané lokalitě, na smlouvy týkající se výměnku, vzpomínek informantek na tento fenomén a studii literatury, která se k ní váže. Výzkum pro tuto práci se zaměřoval hlavně na první polovinu 20. století a současnost, dotýká se ale i historie. Zabývá se pohledem na výměnek v minulosti a v dnešní době.
Abstract:
This thesis is devoted to the study of the institute of life estate reservation in the selected location, to the contracts related to the institute of life estate reservation, to the memories of informants to this phenomenon and to the study of connected literature.
