Práce se zabývá problematikou postavení osob se zvláštním sociálním statusem v pracovním právu, a to zvláště vzhledem k poměrně nové právní úpravě Zákoníku práce vydaného v roce 2006 a Zákona o zaměstnanosti z roku 2004. The thesis deals with the issues of persons with extraordinary social status in Labour law, especially in the new acts of Labour Law.
