Abstract:
Diplomová práce zabývající se historii vaření piva od dávnověku po současnost. Práce je zaměřena na porovnání tradičních a moderních postupů při procesu vaření. V díle jsou použity komparační metody, dotazníkové šetření a slepá degustace pěti značek piv. Z těchto metod jsou vyvozeny patřičné závěry, které jsou zaznamenány.
Abstract:
Master´s Dissertation dealing with history and development of beer brewing process. This work is aimed to comparison of traditional and modern way steps during brewing. The author used comparison method, questionnaire and blind test. All of that came up with results, which were putted down.
