Gary Burton and an analysis of selected compositions from the record Duster
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o vibrafonistovi Garym Burtonovi. Obsahuje šest kapitol, přičemž druhá, pátá a šestá jsou rozděleny na podkapitoly. Cílem práce je seznámení se s jeho tvorbou a vlivem na použití vibrafonu v jazzovém kontextu.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis talks about the vibraphonist Gary Burton. It consists of six chapters, with the second, fifth and sixth divided into subchapters. The aim was to become more familiar with his work and his influence on use of the vibraphone in the context of jazz performance.
