Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá zkušenosti Erasmus studentů v České republice na Mendelově univerzitě v Brně během pandemií COVID-19. Zaměřuje se na vliv imobility a mobility při vytváření výměnné zkušenosti. Cílem této práce bylo analyzovat názory Erasmus+ studentů na Mendelově univerzitě v Brně, zodpovědět výzkumné otázky a navrhnout případné změny ke zlepšení systému podpory pro zahraniční studenty. Hlavní výzkumná otázka zní: "Čemu se můžeme naučit ze zkušenosti zahraniční studentů v reakci na Covid-19?". Následuje dílčí otázka: "Jak byli mezinárodní studenti akademický a osobně ovlivněné pandemií?" Údaje byly shromážděny prostřednictvím online dotazníku. Dotazník byl adresován studentům Erasmus+ z Mendelovy univerzity v Brně ve spolupráci s Oddělením mezinárodních vztahů a internacionalizace. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují, že by se mělo uvažovat o lepším systému podpory zahraničních studentů.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis examines the experience of Erasmus+ Students at Mendel University in Brno in the Winter semester of 2021 during the Covid-19 pandemic. It focuses on the impact of immobility and mobility in constructing an exchange experience. The objective of this thesis was to analyze the image of Erasmus+ Students in Mendel University in Brno during a pandemic, answer research questions and propose any changes to improve support systems for exchange students. The main research question is: "What can we learn from students' experience in response to Covid- 19? "followed by a sub-research question: "How were international students affected academically and personally by the pandemic?" The data was collected through an online survey. The survey was addressed to Erasmus+ students from Mendel University in Brno in cooperation with the Department of International Relations and Internationalization of Mendel University. The research findings show that better support systems for exchange students should be considered.
