Abstract:

Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice systému měření výkonnosti ve vybraném podniku. Objasňuje teoretická východiska měření a řízení výkonnosti. Představuje jednotlivé využívané přístupy při měření a řízení výkonnosti, jako jsou tradiční a moderní přístupy. Praktická část je zaměřena na vymezení a zhodnocení současného systému měření výkonnosti v podniku. Cílem diplomové práce je provést analýzu systému měřítek výkonnosti v kontextu teoretických východisek ve vybraném podniku. Zároveň na základě zjištěných výsledků vymezit návrhy a doporučení pro zlepšení stávajícího systému měření výkonnosti ve vybraném podniku.

Abstract:

This dissertation focuses on strategic analysis of business performance. It clarifies theoretical principles for measurement and management of the performance. It describes the individual approaches, such as traditional and modern approaches. The practical part of this dissertation concentrates on specifying and evaluation of the current system of measuring the performance in the company. The goal of this dissertation is analyze the performance measures in the context of the theoretical basis of the chosen company. At the same time based on the findings define proposals and recommendations to improve the current system of measuring the performance of the chosen company.
