Financial Support of Housing Construction in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Finanční podpora bytové výstavby v ČR“ se zabývá hodnocením finanční podpory státu v oblasti bytové výstavby. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První část práce je zaměřena na teoretické vymezení bytové politiky. Druhá část se zabývá bytovou politikou České republiky, bytovým fondem a bytovou výstavbou. Třetí část se věnuje nástrojům bytové politiky, stavebnímu spoření a hypotékám. Závěrečná část práce je věnována jednotlivým programům podpory bytové výstavby, komparaci jednotlivých nástrojů a vymezení předností a slabostí systému podpor.

Abstract:

The dissertation "Financial support of the housing construction in the Czech Republic" deals with evalution of state's financial support on the housing construction field. The dissertation is divided into four chapters. The first part of the dissertation is focused on the theoretical specification of th housing policy. The second part occupies with the housing policy of the Czech Republic, housing resource and housing construction. The third part devotes to implements of the housing policy, building society accounts and mortgages. The conclusion of the dissertation is devoted to particular programmes of the housing construction support, the comparison of particular implements and the specification of advantages and disadvantages of the support system.
