Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá teoretickými východisky posuzování místa činu a jeho procesním významem. V první části této práce jsou objasněny teoretické úvahy k místu činu. Další kapitoly obsahují charakteristiku místa činu a jeho ohledání. Práce se zaměřuje na zásady, způsoby a význam ohledání místa činu pro dokazování v soudním procesu. Předkládá ucelený teoretický přehled k dané problematice
Abstract:
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the theoretical concept of crime scene assessment and its significance in trials. The first part of the thesis clarifies theoretical considerations of a crime scene. The other chapters focus on the characteristics of the crime scene and its examination. The thesis addresses principles, methods and importance of crime scene examination in regard to evidence in trials …more
