Diplomová práce zkoumá vybrané aspekty současné právní a institucionální struktury Evropské unie a následně analyzuje a hodnotí řešení, která v těchto oblastech nabídla Smlouva zakládající Ústavu pro Evropu.Abstract:
This dissertation deals with particular aspects of existing legal and institutional framework of the European Union and then analyses and evaluates the proposals offered in these areas by the Treaty estabilishing a Constitution for Europe.
