Analysis of conditions of a business plan requirements and its application

Abstract:

Podstatou této bakalářské práce je vytvoření podnikatelského plánu na založení nové společnosti a jeho realizace. Má dvě části – teoretickou a analytickou. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na popis různých právních forem společností a legislativní úpravu činnosti cestovních kanceláří a agentur. Zároveň také charakterizuje a popisuje strukturu podnikatelského plánu. Spolu s podnikatelským plánem je popsán i marketingový a finanční plán, které tvoří nedílnou součást podnikatelského plánu. Podstatou analytické části je vypracování konkrétního podnikatelského plánu na základě poznatků a zjištění v části teoretické. Hlavními body bude obchodní stránka, marketingová stránka a finanční plán. Cílem práce bude posouzení proveditelnosti podnikatelského plánu pro nově vznikající firmu na základě finančních a nefinančních ukazatelů. Kroky ke splnění zadaných cílů jsou seznámení se s platnou legislativou, využití odborné literatury, zpracování potřebných analýz, např. finanční analýzy, SWOT, aj. a především konzultace s podnikateli z příslušného oboru. Závěr se věnuje vyhodnocení podnikání dané společnosti.

Abstract:

Substance of this thesis is creation of a business plan of a new company and its realization. It comprises two parts, theoretical and practical. Theoretical part focuses on explanation of various legal forms of companies and legislations of tour operators and travel agencies. At the same time it characterizes and describes the structure of a business plan as well as the need of a marketing and financial plan. In the practical part one can find a business plan of a new company where were used knowledge and findings from the theoretical part. Main issues of such a business plan are the commercial points, marketing part as well as the financial plan. The main objective of this thesis is a feasibility study of a new company based on financial and non-financial indicators. Methods used to meet the stated objective are the usage of literature, processing of necessary analysis, such as a financial analysis, SWOT, etc. and especially consultation with entrepreneurs in a particular field. Conclusion of the thesis is the summary of results related to effectiveness of the new company.
