Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce na téma Výzkum postupu při získávání a realizaci zakázek speciálních textilních produktů v ČR a zahraničí vystihuje v teoretické části problematiku jednotlivých firemních procesů, jakými jsou nákup, výroba, obchodní a investiční činnost, financování podniku, management jakosti a jejich vzájemnou provázanost. Praktická část představuje konkrétní textilní společnost a popisuje její řízení, včetně opatření ke splnění náročných požadavků managementu jakosti, jakými jsou úspěšné zakončení auditů ozbrojených složek. Nedílnou součástí je také postup, jakým se společnost účastní výběrových řízení, získává zakázky a jejich celkový průběh od výrobního procesu až po konečnou dodávku a zpětnou vazbu na zákazníky. Následně zhodnocuje současnou situaci textilního průmyslu v České republice a představuje společnosti, které jsou na trhu stále úspěšné díky své specializaci. V závěrečné části jsou uvedeny návrhy a doporučení pro efektivní využití textilního průmyslu.

Abstract:

This bachelors essay Research of process acquisition and implementation of orders special textile products in Czech Republic and abroad describes in the theoretic part questions of such particular company processes as are purchase, manufacturing, business and investment, financing, management configuration and their cohesion. The practical part introduces the concrete textile company and describes its management including the measures to realize the difficult requirements which are necessary to successfully conclude the auditing of armed forces. Integral part of it is also the procedure of company participation in tenders and acquisition and implementation of orders starting with process of manufacture, ending with the final delivery and customer feedback. It consequently evaluates the current situation of the textile industry in Czech Republic and introduces companies, which are still successful in the market because of their specialization. In the conclusion are included the proposals and recommendations for efficient use of textile industry.
