Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou zavádzania prvkov CRM do podniku BOST SK. Implementácia systému CRM predstavuje pre firmu nákladný a dlhodobý proces. V prvom rade je dôležité poznať čo to CRM znamená a čo pre spoločnosť znamená. Práve týmito otáz-kami som sa zaoberala v prvej časti mojej práce. The bachelor thesis is a discussion of the topic of implementing elements of CRM for the company BOST SK. It is a long and expensive process, so it is important to have clear knowl-edge of CRM and what it means for the company. These questions are discussed in the first part of these documents.
