Cílem této práce je posoudit vývoj v oblasti hypotečních úvěrů na českém bankovním trhu. První část bakalářské práce se věnuje hypotečním úvěrům, jejich právní úpravě a podmínkám týkajících se jejich poskytování. Další část se zabývá jejich vývojem na území České republiky. The aim of this thesis is to assess the development of mortgage loans on the Czech banking market. The first part of the bachelor thesis is devoted to mortgage loans, their legal regulation and the conditions related to their provision.
