Táto práca si kladie za cieľ vývoj takých nových neinvazívnych metód odberov vzoriek v point-of-care diagnostike, ktoré značne znížia pacientove zaťaženie a stres spojený s odberom vzoriek. Abstract:
This thesis aims at the development of novel non-invasive point-of-care sampling devices and methods, able to significantly decrease patient’s stress connected with sample collection. Research is primarily focused on non-invasive biological samples (e.g. exhaled breath condensate, sweat) and practical utility is demonstrated on diagnostics and monitoring of biomarkers of lung diseases.
