Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou nekalých obchodních praktik ve směnárenské činnosti. V této práci je zhodnocena současná i předchozí právní úprava směnárenské činnosti vzhledem k ochraně spotřebitele, včetně vymezení typických porušení těchto právních úprav. This bachelor's work applies to the issue of Unfair Commercial Practices within Bureau-de-change Activities. It assesses contemporary and antecedent legislation of Bureau-de-change Activities related to consumer protection, including specification of typical violations of relevant laws.
