Abstract:

Zdravotní stav obyvatelstva je jednou z klíčových složek regionálního rozvoje a ovlivňuje ho řada aspektů z různých oblastí. Diplomová práce analyzuje zdravotní stav obyvatelstva okresů Kraje Vysočina a Ústeckého kraje pomocí klíčových demografických a socioekonomických indikátorů spolu se zdravotnickými intervencemi v letech 2006–2016. K analýze těchto indikátorů byla použita metoda kompozitního indikátoru, shluková analýza a kartografické zobrazení dat. Z výsledků vyplynulo, že jak v roce 2006, tak v roce 2016 byly indikátory zdravotního stavu obyvatelstva příznivější v okresech Kraje Vysočina. Z okresů Ústeckého kraje dosáhl nejlepších výsledků okres Litoměřice. V průběhu analyzovaného období se hodnotám indikátorů okresů Kraje Vysočina a okresu Litoměřice přiblížil i okres Ústí nad Labem. Z indikátorů ovlivňující zdravotní stav obyvatelstva se v období let 2006–2016 obecně zlepšily hodnoty všech socioekonomických indikátorů i zdravotnických intervencí, ale jen některých demografických indikátorů. I přes toto zlepšení se některé ze zkoumaných indikátorů vybraných okresů, zejm. zdravotnické intervence pohybují stále pod průměrem České republiky, proto je třeba se na ně v budoucnu zaměřit. Mezi navržená opatřední patří například dotační podpora mladých lékařů, osvěta a vzdělávání v oblasti zdraví obyvatel nebo zvýšení výdajů na vysoké školství.

Abstract:

The health state of citizenship is one of the key factors of regional development and as such is being influenced by a number of aspects from different fields. This diploma thesis analyses the health state of citizens of the Vysočina region and Ústecký region with the help of key demographical and socioeconomic indicators along with the health interventions during 2006-2016. The methods used to analyse these indicators were the method of composite indicator, the cluster analysis and a cartographic representation of the data. The outcome of the diploma thesis showed that both in 2006 and 2016, the indicators of the health state of citizenship were more in favour of the Vysočina region. From the counties of the Ústecký region, the best results were achieved in the Litoměřice county. The indicator values of the Vysočina region and Litoměřice county were approached by the Ústí nad Labem county during the analysed period. From indicators influencing the health state of the citizens, both the values of all socioeconomic indicators and health interventions were improved during the course of 2006 – 2016, but only a few demographic indicators have improved, too. Despite this improvement, some of the analysed indicators of chosen regions, especially the health indicators, are still running below the average of the Czech Republic, thus being the reason to focus on them in the future. The grant support of young doctors, public education of citizens in the health area or the increase of university education expenses are a few examples of the proposed suggestions for improvement.
