Cílem bakalářské práce "Pojistné podvody a jejich prevence" je komplexněji pojednat o problematice pojistných podvodů, a to ze třech hlavních hledisek. Nejprve se práce zabývá pojistným podvodem jako trestným činem, který je třeba odlišit od obecného podvodu podle českého trestního zákona. The goal of the submitted bachelor thesis "Insurance frauds and their prevention" is to provide an analysis of insurance frauds from three main aspects.
