Color vision, disorders, professional requierements

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá barevným viděním, jeho poruchami a profesními požadavky na barvocit. V první kapitole je uvedena historie získávání poznatků o barvách a následně samotném barevném vnímání. Následující kapitola se zaměřuje na popis anatomie lidského zrakového orgánu, který je prostředníkem pro tvorbu zrakové informace. Dále je vysvětlen pojem barvy, včetně charakteristických vlastností. V kapitole Mechanismus barevného vidění je rozebrán sled pochodů, vedoucích ke vzniku barevného vjemu jako reakce na světlo určité vlnové délky. Od biochemické reakce po dopadu fotonu až po tvorbu vlastního zrakového vjemu. V dalších kapitolách jsou uvedeny jednotlivé poruchy barevného vnímání a vyšetřovací metody vedoucí k jejich odhalení. Poslední kapitola pojednává o požadavcích na barvocit, které jsou kladeny v určitých druzích povolání.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with color vision, its disorders and professional requirements for color vision.The first chapter deals with the history of knowledge of the colors and then the color perception itself. The following chapter focuses on description of anatomy of the human visual organ, which is a mediator for the production of visual information. Then there is also explained the concept of color, including the characteristics.The sequence of processes leading to the perception of color in response to light of certain wavelengths is dismantled in the chapter The mechanism of color vision. From the biochemical reactions of the impact of photons to the creation of the visual perception itself. The other chapters there are given various disorders of color perception and examination methods of their detection. The last chapter discusses the requirements for color vision which are placed in certain types of occupations.
