Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou podoby bezpečnostních opatření na letištích a pomocí dotazníkového šetření hodnotí jejich vliv na bezpečnost a spokojenost cestujících. Podle výsledků dotazníkového šetření jsou navržena opatření jako využití umělé inteligence na rozpoznávání obličejů a zavedení umělé inteligence na zodpovězení dotazů cestujících místo stávající infolinky.
