Risk factors of arising alkohol addiction, their potential triggers and displays

Abstract:

Tato práce je zaměřena na závislost na alkoholu, její příčiny, projevy a na jejich včasnou identifikací. V teoretické části je vysvětlena definice závislosti, její vývoj, historie a možnosti léčby. Cílem práce je zjistit rizikové faktory, projevy a příčiny vzniku závislosti na alkoholu. Dílčím cílem je zjištění zda první důvod k léčbě pacienta, bývá stejným důvodem pro porušení abstinence. Praktická část obsahuje vytvořený nestandardizovaný dotazník, který byl předložen dvěma cílovým populacím. První cílová populace jsou závislé osoby právě se léčící v protialkoholní léčebně Lnáře, tato populace vyplňuje dotazník v papírové formě. Druhou populací jsou lidé, kteří nejsou hospitalizováni kvůli závislosti, jde o kontrolní skupinu. Dotazník mají zprostředkovaný online pomocí webové stránky survio.cz. Průzkumem bylo zjištěno, že zaměstnanost ovlivňuje spotřebu alkoholu. Alkoholické nápoje lidé většinou užívají pro jejich chuť. Rizikový faktor užívání alkoholických nápojů k jídlu nebyl průzkumem potvrzen. Projevem závislosti na alkoholu je užívání alkoholických nápojů o samotě a ráno. Mezi další projevy patří pokus o snížení spotřeby alkoholu. Hlavním důvodem pro užívání jsou přátelé a zábava. Dílčím cílem bylo zjištění, zda první důvod k léčbě pacienta, bývá stejným důvodem pro porušení abstinence. Z průzkumu vyplývá, že první důvod k léčbě, bývá nejčastěji i důvodem k porušení abstinence. Závěrem jsou návrhy pro lepší efektivitu léčby závislosti na alkoholu. Navrhuji vyšší počet zaměstnanců léčebných zařízení, kteří se zaměřují na jiné problémy než li jen na závislost. Například partnerský psycholog. Problematice rizikových faktorů závislosti na alkoholu, jejich projevů a potenciálních spouštěčů navrhuji větší rozsah vzdělání mládeže o závislosti a vytvoření mediální kampaně pro vzdělání širší veřejnosti.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on alcohol addiction, it's manifestations and causes that are leading to early recognition and treatment. In the theoretical part we can find the definition of addiction itself, it's development, the treatment possibilities and a history. The purpose of this document is to recognize the hazardous factors, causes and manifestations and emergence of addiction. The partial goal is to find out if the first reason to treat the patient is the same for breaking the abstinence. The practical part contains a non-standardized questionnaire made by me, which was sent to two target groups. One group is formed by alcohol addicts treated in the alcohol clinic in Lnáře, these people have received the questionnaire in a printed form. The second group contains people who are not hospitalised due to addiction and this group is used as a control group. The Questionnaire for the control group was provided online via the web site Survio and thanks to the survey we found out that employment affects the consumption of alcohol. People mostly consume alcoholic drinks for their taste, the risk factor of drinking alcohol drinks as a side drink with meals wasn't proven. The main manifestation of addiction is consumption alone and in the morning as soon as people wake up. One of the other signs of addiction might be considered the need to restrict the alcohol consumption. The main reasons to drink alcohol are with friends and as a distraction. The partial goal of my thesis was to find out if the reason to start the treatment is the same as the reason to break the abstinence. The survey showed that this saying is true in most cases. So in conclusion there are suggestions for a better and more effective alcohol addiction treatment. I suggest increasing the number of employees in the alcohol clinics, who are also focused on other mental health issues rather than just addiction itself. For example the couple counselling therapist and for the problematic and risk factors of addiction, it's manifestations and potential starters, I suggest a more comprehensive education and informative discussion with youngsters about addiction and possibly media campaigns to address the wider public.
