Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou a porovnáním ekonomické stránky výroby jednotlivých střešních dřevěných konstrukcí pro rodinný dům se sedlovou střechou. Pro tento rodinný dům byla zpracována projektová dokumentace se třemi typy konstrukce krovu, na které byly zpracovány rozpočty v systému RTS stavitel+. Z těchto rozpočtů byly vytvořeny slepé rozpočty, které sloužili jako vzor pro nacenění od malých podniků z Jihomoravského kraje zabývajících se výrobou a montáží konstrukcí střech. V řešení byla použita data od podniků, která prošla analýzou a porovnáním mezi sebou i mezi daty získanými v programu RTS Stavitel.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the analysis and comparison of the economic aspects of the production of wooden roof structures for the family house with saddle roof. For this family house was prepared the project documentation with three types of the roof frames and there were arranged budgets in the system RTS builder+. From these budgets were created blind budgets which served as the model for the pricing for small companies from the South Moravian Region which are involved in the production and construction of structural roofs. The solution used data from the companies that were analyzed and compared with each other and also between data obtained in the RTS builder+.
