Abstract:

With the increasing role of human resource management in the 21st century, it is increasingly connected with business strategy. The human resources department evolved a new job called human resources business partner. The job of HR business partners is to align and work closely with business leaders to improve employee performance, cultivate and cultivate strategic talents such as talents, leadership and culture, and develop personnel solutions to achieve organizational goals. Human resources business partners must also understand the entire business, policies, procedures and practices. On the other hand, all managers and leaders must understand the entire human resources field. Only in this way can they know how to better select, train, use and retain talents, and re-allocate human resources, so that the company's talents can be fully utilized, thereby creating a better future profit for the company. In this article, I will focus on the vitality of human resources business partners, including the active role of the human resources department, the coordination of strategic business goals and human resources goals, and the key impact on company performance, as the business of human resources roles How partners work together.
