Factors affecting teacher´s satisfaction
Abstract:
Ve své diplomové práci se věnuji spokojenosti učitelů ve svém povolání, jaké faktory ovlivňují jejich pracovní spokojenost a jaký vztah mají učitelé ke škole, ve které učí. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě základní části, a to teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se snažím přiblížit pojmy týkající se pracovní spokojenosti, osobnosti učitele a jeho vnímání své profese, klimatu a prostředí …more
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on teachers´ satisfaction in their profession, but it also researches what factors have an influence on their job satisfaction. It emphasizes the teachers´ relation to school in which they are employed.The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical.
