Cílem bakalářské práce je seznámit čtenáře s celkovou realizací a problematikou turnaje Českého poháru pořádaném ve Chvaleticích pro kategorii kadeti. Tento volejbalový turnaj má v České republice dlouhodobou tradici a mezi trenéry mládežnických družstev nese velmi příznivé ohlasy. The aim of the Bachelor's Thesis is to acquaint the readers withs total implementation and problems of the Czech Cup tournament, the category of cadets, held in Chvaletice. This volleyball tournament has a long- term tradition in the Czech Republic and among coaches has a very good reputation.
