Abstract:
Cílem práce je rozhodnout, zda je investiční záměr vhodný k realizaci či nikoliv. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis, analýzu a zhodnocení jednotlivých metod a jimi používaných ukazatelů. V praktické části jsou uvedeny konkrétní údaje daného investičního projektu, které jsou následně použity pro výpočet ukazatelů a závěrečné vyhodnocení rentability projektu. The aim of the thesis is to decide whether the investment plan is suitable for implementation or not. The theoretical part focuses on the description, analysis and assessment of individual evaluation methods and the indicators they use.
