Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá postavením obce, kompetenciami vo vzťahu ku čerpaniu eurofondov. Práca má dve časti, teoretickú a praktickú časť. V rámci teoretickej časti sa v prvých dvoch kapitolách zameriavame na význam, rozdelenie a použitie eurofondov a na jednotlivé kompetencie obcí.
