The Streamlining of Monitoring Consignments during the Shipping Process

Abstract:

Disertační práce se zabývá problematikou sledování poštovních zásilek v průběhu přepravního procesu a možnostmi pro jeho zefektivnění. Za pomoci různých metod zkoumání byl proces sledování poštovních zásilek analyzován jak v podmínkách České republiky, tak v zahraničí. Následně byly zjištěny takové poštovní produkty, které vykazovaly prostor ke zlepšení. Na závěr byl vytvořen metodický přístup k dosažení požadovaného cíle.

Abstract:

This dissertation thesis deals with the problematic of monitoring consignments during the shipping process and the ways of its streamlining. With the assistance of many research methods was the process of monitoring the consignments analyzed in the Czech Republic as well as abroad. Furthermore, there were determined the mail products which have shown the sings of the possible improvements. In the conclusion there was created a methodical approach to reach the requested aim.
