Předmětem bakalářské práce ,,Činnost finančního arbitra“ je charakteristika institutu a právní úpravy finančního arbitra v České republice. Text je organizován do čtyř kapitol. Nejdříve se věnuji obecné charakteristice a současné právní úpravě. Druhou kapitolu věnuji tématu funkce finančního arbitra. The thesis „ Activities of the Financial Arbitrator” characterizes the institute and regulation of the Financial Arbitrator of the Czech Republic. The text is divided into five sections.
