V této bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřil na analýzu současných postupů kontroly kvality ve výrobě šroubů ve společnosti Aoyama Automotive Fasteners Czech, s.r.o. Cílem práce bylo zhodnotit efektivitu aktuálního stavu a navrhnout jeho zlepšení. V teoretické části jsem se podrobně seznámil s firmou a definoval normy a metody kontroly kvality. In this bachelor's thesis, I focused on analyzing the current quality control procedures in the production of screws at Aoyama Automotive Fasteners Czech, s.r.o. The aim of the thesis was to evaluate the effectiveness of the current state and propose improvements.
