Project to implement security and safety measures against non-EU countries

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je seznámit s bezpečnostními a ochrannými opatřeními v zahraničním obchodě, která Česká republika zavádí zejména vůči nečlenským zemím EU, analyzovat současný stav opatření, popsat realizaci systému opatření v Celní správě České republiky a navrhnout projekt na zvýšení účinnosti bezpečnostních a ochranných opatření v praxi. Objasňuje důvody zavedení bezpečnostních a ochranných opatření v mezinárodním obcho-dě, vysvětluje význam těchto opatření. V teoretické části přináší přehled systému bezpeč-nostních a ochranných opatření v různých oblastech včetně právního prostředí. Ukazuje proces řízení rizik v celní správě a systém, jakým jsou podchycována případná rizika a také spolupráci s EU v oblasti bezpečnosti a ochrany. Projektová část práce uvádí možnosti jak zvýšit účinnost provádění bezpečnostních a ochranných opatření v rámci celního řízení probíhajícího na celním úřadě.

Abstract:

The thesis aims to ascertain the safety and safety measures in foreign trade, which introdu-ces the Czech Republic in particular towards non-EU countries, analyze the current state measures, describe the implementation of measures in the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic and propose a project to increase the effectiveness of security and safety measures in practice. It explains the reasons for the introduction of security and safety measures in international trade, explains the importance of these measures. The theoretical part provides an overview of safety and safety measures in various areas including the regulatory environment. Shows the process of risk management and customs administration system, such as capturing po-tential risks as well as cooperation with EU on security and protection. Project part provi-des options to increase the efficiency of the implementation of safety and safety safeguards in customs proceedings pending at the office.
