Reconstruction selected of the Concrete Blocks of the Flats

Abstract:

Se zvyšujícím se komfortem v oblasti užívání panelových budov a narůstajícími nároky a požadavky na ochranu těchto budov proti ztrátám tepla a účinkům vnějších vlivů, které působí na tyto objekty je nutno tyto objekty rekonstruovat. Vady a poruchy vznikají také stárnutím jednotlivých konstrukcí, špatným provedením nebo nedodržením technologických postupů během výstavby. V bakalářské práci je řešen projekt rekonstrukce vybraného panelového domu typu T 06 B z roku 1967. Nachází se v Praze Na Homolce. Jedná se o objekt o čtyřech nadzemních podlažích s částečně zapuštěným podsklepením. Na každém nadzemním podlaží jsou umístěny dvě a někde tři bytové jednotky. Objekt je obdélníkového půdorysu s rozponem stěnových panelů 3600mm. Panely jsou křemelinové o tloušťkách: stěnové panely 140mm, obvodové panely 200mm, stropní panely 140mm. Objekt má plochou střechu ukončenou atikou. Projekt rekonstrukce panelového domu byl zpracován podle vyhlášky 499/2006 sb., stavebního zákona 183/2006 sb. a souvisejících platných norem. Rozsah rekonstrukce uvede dům do takového stavu, kdy bude splňovat platné normy a sníží jeho obyvatelům náklady na celoroční provoz.

Abstract:

With increasing comfort in the use of prefabricated buildings increasing demands protection requirements of these buildings against heat loss effects of external influences acting on. This object must reconstruct this objects. Faults are also produced by aging individual structures, poor execution or failure to technological procedures during construction. The work is deal with prefab house renovation project of the selected type T 06 B of 1967. It is located in Prague, Na Homolce. It is an object on four floors with basement partially embedded. On each floor there are two somewhere three units. The building is rectangular floor plan with a span of 3600 mm wall panels. The panels are diatomaceous earth thicknesses: wall panels 140 mm, 200 mm circuit panels, ceiling panels 140 mm. The building has a flat roof parapet end. The reconstruction project prefab house was processed according to decree 499/2006 Coll., The Building Act No. 183/2006 Coll. related standards in force. The scope of reconstruction home state do such a state, when it will comply with the applicable standards will reduce the cost of its residents year-round operation.
