Anotace Teoretická část. V úvodní části se zabývám vývojem a rozdělením pojištění, dále vysvětlením základních pojmů pojištění a oceňování, metodami oceňování. Cílem této části práce je popsat obecnou problematiku oceňování za účelem stanovení pojistné hodnoty se zaměřením na obecně uplatňovanou metodiku majetkového pojištění nemovitostí. Praktické část. Theoretical Part: In the introduction I apply myself to the developement and sorting of the insurance. After that I explain the basic terms of the insurance and appraisal, the methods of appraising.
