Úkolem bakalářské práce je popsat postup stanovení tržní hodnoty nemovitostí za pomocí porovnávací metody a uvést podmínky, za jakých je možno porovnávací metodu k ocenění nemovitostí použít. V práci je uvedena problematika spojená se získáním kompletních a spolehlivých, respektive pravdivých údajů nutných k řádnému stanovení tržní hodnoty oceňované nemovitosti.
