The flow of manganese in the forest ecosystem - herb layer

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na akumulaci a dynamiku změn manganu během vegetačního období v pletivech vybraných rostlin podrostu na stanovišti s vysokým obsahem manganu v půdě. Šetření bylo situováno na trvalé výzkumné ploše lesního hospodářského celku Litvínov, kde byl zaznamenán vysoký obsah manganu v půdě. Během vegetační doby (květen?říjen 2010) byly odebírány odlišné části bylin (stonek, list, květ, kořen). Nejvyšší obsah Mn byl naměřen v listech maliníku obecného (10863,53 mg.kg-1) a nejnižší množství manganu měly listy lipnice hajní (116,3 mg.kg-1). Obsah manganu v bylinách podléhal výrazným změnám během vegetačního období, přičemž nejsledovanějšími částmi rostlin, u kterých se rozdíly projevovaly, byly asimilační orgány.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on acumulation and dynamic changes of manganese during growing season in selected plant tissues growing on soil with high content of manganese. The investigation was situated on the ongoing research area with a high content of manganese in the soil Litvínov. During the growing season (May?October 2010) were taken from different parts of plants (stalk, leaf, flower, and root). The highest concentration content of manganese were measured in leaves of raspberry (10863,53 mg.kg-1) and the lowest amount of Mn had leaves of meadow grass (116,3 mg.kg-1). The maganese content in plants was subjected to significant changes during the growing season. The most watched parts of the plants, in which the diferences were demonstrated, were asimilation organs.
