Abstract:
This thesis examines the impact of China’s MPP and MP tools on China’s credit volume and inflation rate, the tools include the deposit reserve ratio, provision couverage and capital adequacy ratio, we also select interest rate as our indicator of MP. Finally, we summarize the interaction between MPP and MP policies and how to match them.
