Competencies identification of a successful manager
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o kompetencích úspěšného manažera. Jejím hlavním cílem je identifikace kompetencí úspěšného manažera na základě analýzy výpovědí významných osobností a podnikatelů. Práce obsahuje seznam kompetencí, který byl vytvořen na základě výpovědí a byl následně komparován s reálnými kompetencemi konkrétního manažera z praxe.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the competencies of a successful manager. Its main objective is to identify the competences of a successful manager by analysing the statements of prominent personalities and entrepreneurs. The thesis contains a list of competencies that was created based on the statements and then compared with the real competencies of a particular manager in practice.
