Abstract:
V teoretické části je navržen přístup k oceňování nemovitostí za účelem akvizice či fúze. V první kapitole jsou shrnuty základní informace o trhu s podniky a dělení akvizicí a fúzí (M+A). Poté seznamuje s metodami tržního ocenění podniku, které jsou běžně využívány pro stanovení mantinelů kupní ceny podniku.
