Submitted essay deals with mediation of specialised information in the woman magazine 'Cosmopolitan'. The common aspect oft the text chosen for analysis is their specialised background. The essay examines the way authors engage in the text alone, using specialised vocabulary and links to sources. Předložená práce se zabývá problematikou zprostředkování odborných informací v časopisu 'Cosmopolitan'. Společným aspektem všech textů vybraných k analýze je jejich odborné pozadí. Práce zkoumá jakým způsobem autoři článků pracují se samotným tématem, použitím odborné slovní zásoby a odkazy na prameny.
