Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na možnostmi zlepšení řízení zásob ve společnosti zabývající se obchodem s pracovními oděvy, obuví a rukavicemi. Cílem této práce je provést analýzu současného stavu zásob, způsobu zásobování a navrhnout možná opatření, která povedou ke zlepšení hospodaření podniku. This thesis is focused on the possibilities of improving inventory control in company dealing with working clothes, shoes and gloves. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the current situation of inventory, supply system and propose measures to improve economy in the company.
