Práce pojednává o holotropním dýchání (HD) s cílem zmapovat názory a postoje vůči této metodě ze strany odborníků na duševní zdraví, kteří s ní mají vlastní zkušenost. The thesis deals with holotropic breathwork (HB) in order to map the opinions and attitudes towards this method by mental health experts who have their own experience with it. The study is using qualitative research design. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with respondents with a professional focus on psychology or psychiatry.
