Vliv procesních parametrů na kvalitu vstřikovaných výrobků

Influence of Process Parameters on the Quality of Injected Products
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit vliv procesu vstřikování na výslednou kvalitu vstřikovaný dílů. Procesními prametry se rozumí zejména vstřikovací rychlost, teplota taveniny a teplota formy. Následné získané výsledky jsme zpracovali pomocí programů Matlab a Microsoft Excel a provedli jsme podrobnou analýzu dat s automatickým vyhodnocením výsledků.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deal is to determine the influence of injection molding process on the quality of the injected parts.Process parameters include, in particular, injection speed, melt temperature and mold temperature. We processed the results using Matlab and Microsoft Excel and performed a detailed data analysis with automatic evaluation of the results.
