Závěrečná práce se zabývá výjimkami Spojeného království a Polska z Lisabonské smlouvy a jejich možnými dopady na ochranu lidských práv v rámci Evropské unie. The diploma thesis deals with the exemptions of the United Kingdom and Poland from the Lisbon Treaty and their possible impact on the protection of human rights within the European union. Through the analysis of the text of the exemptions is evaluated, if the exemptions embodied into the Protocol No. 30 really represent the actual opt-out and then where their fundamental importance is.
