Supporting community work in Tanzania
Abstract:
Absolventská práce má za cíl zmapovat a identifikovat fungování ženského empowermentu v rámci komunity na Zanzibaru. V rámci práce specifikuji a přibližuji témata jako: komunita, komunitní práce, feminismus v sociální práci, sociální kapitál, empowerment, participace, diskriminace, genderová nerovnost. Jednotlivé části jsou zpracovány na základě kompilací z odborné literatury a internetových zdrojů
Abstract:
The graduate thesis aims to map and identify the functioning of women's empowerment within the community in Zanzibar. Within the thesis, I specify and introduce themes such as: community, community work, feminism in social work, social capital, empowerment, participation, discrimination, gender inequality. The different sections are based on compilations from the literature and internet sources.
