Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá kultivací rostlinné buněčné kultury s fotosyntetickou aktivitou. Zkoumanou buněčnou kulturou byla suspenze T-87 (Arabidopsis Thaliana),u které vlivem působení světla došlo k zezelenání suspenzní kultury. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with cultivation of plant cell cultures with photosynthetic activity. There was researched cell culture suspension of T-87 (Arabidopsis thaliana), which was under the influence of light changed to greening suspension cultures.
